Bitfarms Appoints Former AWS Executive Wayne Duso to Board to Bolster HPC/AI Strategy

Bitfarms Ltd. (Nasdaq/TSX: BITF) has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Wayne Duso, a former Amazon Web Services executive, to its Board of Directors. The move signals the company's aggressive push into high-performance computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Duso brings 25 years of enterprise technology experience, including a 12-year tenure at AWS where he scaled the Boston office from startup to enterprise status. His track record includes launching multiple unicorn businesses in cloud infrastructure and generating over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.

The appointment comes as Bitfarms accelerates its digital infrastructure capabilities. "Wayne's expertise in scaling technology enterprises will be invaluable as we execute our HPC/AI growth strategy," said Brian Howlett, Independent Chairman of Bitfarms.
